Negotiating is an artform and requires extensive experience, good communication, professional skills, patience and confidence.
There are many things to consider before finalizing the offer price. A few important factors to consider are the comparable sales within the area, the condition of the property, its desirability relative to similar homes for sale, the length it’s been on the market, and many other factors, including the sellers’ final position. We will do all our due diligence carefully and promptly.
We want to be certain that your offer is not only on target, but will have the highest chance of acceptance, resulting in a successful home purchase.
